Sam was going to strangle Dean.
First, there would be the inevitable argument about how Sam had promised to stay at the house where he'd be safe. Then, Sam would point out that he'd had to learn from the radio that the other demon running around with Meg was possessing someone who looked like Dean. And then there would be strangling.
But all of that would have to come later. Right now, he was searching the town, armed with holy water and exorcisms running through his head. It wasn't safe, and it wasn't smart, but at least this time, he was prepared for a fight.
[For one, please!]
