Room 320, Late Tuesday Afternoon

With classes, Dean coming to visit, and the crazy weekend, Sam hadn't had a chance to sit down and read the books he'd taken out of the library until this afternoon. Part of his reasons for waiting had to do with not wanting to get caught by Dean, and avoiding having to explain why he was reading about the other version of themselves, and another part was that he was genuinely worried about hitting a dead end. What if there wasn't anything in the books that would help him go after Sylar? He'd still be at square one, Sylar would still be alive, and Peter still wouldn't be avenged.

Sam was doing pretty well at ignoring the voice in the back of his head that liked to point out how revenge wasn't what Peter would have wanted at all.
